Aqualy, hereinafter referred to as the “Application” or “Service,” is a hydration tracking application developed by CLApps. This Privacy Policy explains what information Aqualy may collect, how that information is used, how it is protected, and what choices you have.

Aqualy only accesses Apple Health data after you grant permission through Apple’s authorization screen. You can manage or revoke this permission at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings.
Aqualy does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or data mining.
Aqualy may use weather-related information, such as temperature, humidity, or other environmental conditions, to support hydration goal adjustments and related app features.
Depending on the implementation and permissions granted, weather-related features may use device, system, or location-based services. If location access is requested, Aqualy will explain the purpose before requesting permission.
Aqualy may schedule local notifications to remind you to drink water or review your hydration progress. Notification permission is controlled by iOS, and you can enable, disable, or modify notification settings at any time in iOS Settings.
Aqualy may offer optional subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple. Aqualy may receive limited subscription status information from Apple to determine whether Premium features should be unlocked.
Aqualy does not receive or store your full payment card information.
Aqualy may collect diagnostic or crash-related information to help identify errors, improve performance, and maintain app reliability. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and general usage information.

Aqualy may store app data locally on your device. If iCloud or CloudKit sync is enabled or used by the app, some app data may sync across your Apple devices through Apple’s services according to your iCloud settings.
Apple Health data access is controlled by the Health app and iOS permissions. You remain in control of which health data types Aqualy can access.
You are responsible for maintaining device backups if you want to preserve local app data.
Aqualy keeps app data for as long as necessary to provide the Service or until you delete it through the app, remove the app, change your device settings, or request deletion where applicable.
You may delete app data by using available in-app controls, deleting the app from your device, or managing related data in iOS, iCloud, or the Health app, depending on where the data is stored.
